International Conference on Cybersecurity and Digital Education
The International Conference on Cybersecurity and Digital Education brings together teachers, students, researchers, and professionals to discuss and collaborate on the main challenges and advances in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and digital education.
It values academic dialogue and the exchange of knowledge between different cultures and contexts, promoting a rich environment for continuous and collaborative development.
With a focus on integration between Brazil, Europe, and other regions of the world, the conference develops progressively through biannual workshops that serve as meeting points and knowledge-building opportunities. These events, both in-person and remote, address technical, legal, and methodological topics, as well as strengthen an international community committed to building a safer and more ethical digital future.
With the theme "Digital Transformation through the Progressive Replacement of Legacy Systems with Artificial Intelligence-Based Solutions ," the event will address modernization architectures , migration to intelligent systems , secure AI integration , ethics and algorithmic governance , and the impact of these transformations on digital education and future professional skills.
The conference emphasizes the view that true digital transformation is not limited to the adoption of technological tools, but to the structural reconstruction of processes and infrastructures based on computational intelligence, promoting security, scalability, sustainability, and digital trust.
CyberConfEdu 2027 will take place in November 2027 , in a hybrid format (in-person and online) , and will include scientific papers, thematic panels, workshop presentations, and technical demonstrations.
The selected proceedings and articles will be published in open access in the peer-reviewed journal CyberConfEdu .
International Cybersecurity Workshops (IWCS)
The International Cybersecurity Workshops (IWCS) held in the semesters preceding the Conference — Digital Frontiers (June 2025) , Artificial Intelligence Interfaces (November 2025) , AI and LLMs in Digital Forensic Investigation (June 2026) , and AI and Quantum Computing (November 2026) — constitute preparatory steps for CyberConfEdu 2027, consolidating the debate on the role of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity, digital education, and institutional transformation.
